We want to inform you that we do not wash our eggs because they have a natural protective coating known as "bloom." This layer helps keep bacteria at bay, ensuring that the eggs remain fresh. Once this protective layer is removed through washing, bacteria can enter the shell, compromising the freshness of the egg. If you do choose to wash the eggs, be sure to cook them immediately or store them in the refrigerator, where they can last for up to two months.
